Portfolio manager Axel Merk tells the WSJ that policy makers should embrace, not work against Credit Default Swaps (CDS)

'If policy makers are scared of CDS, let’s move them onto a regulated exchange with proper margin requirements,' says Axel Merk, president of Merk Mutual Funds.
